Three years ago, 30,000 Palestinians in Gaza marched to demand freedom and the right to return, in protest of blockade and displacement, and in commemoration of Land Day. This day commemorates the 1976 general strike and marches by Palestinians protesting further Israeli annexation of their land. We continue to work in solidarity for Palestinian rights from Gaza to the Galilee, and for that the Jewish National Fund (JNF) went on the attack, filing a meritless lawsuit against the US Campaign for Palestinian Rights.

In a major win for our movement for Palestinian rights and towards collective liberation, A U.S. federal judge has granted our motion to dismiss the JNF’s lawsuit, characterizing their arguments as “to say the least, not persuasive.”

The struggle for justice is stronger with this victory against lawfare, an important affirmation of the growing people power of the movement for Palestinian rights in the United States. With you by our side, and with the tireless support of our lawyers at the Center for Constitutional Rights and movement partners like Palestine Legal, Jewish Voice for Peace, Institute for Middle East Understanding ( IMEU ) and others, we have rolled back a dangerous threat to our movement.

Justice for all is the only way forward. Onwards towards a liberated future.
