The US Campaign for Palestinian Rights sent the following letters to HP Enterprise and HP Inc. in February 2016 asking for clarity on HP companies’ occupation-related contracts; outlining legal and ethical concerns; and calling for the company to:

  1. Clearly, publicly, and completely step away from these contracts;
  2. Commit to public transparency;
  3. Use their leverage with other HP-related companies to help them step away from harmful practices; and
  4. Use the framework of the UN Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights to create mechanisms to repair harm done and compensate the communities who suffered that harm.

We have received no response.
