You’re invited to celebrate and resist with us next week. The US Campaign for Palestinian Rights (USCPR) recently won a resounding victory in the case brought against us by the Jewish National Fund (JNF).

The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals stopped the JNF’s baseless attack to silence our advocacy. Our essential work for Palestinian human rights has prevailed!

Now, let’s celebrate this win and power forward.

Join us for our webinar Wednesday, July 5 at 2 pm ET, “Resisting Lawfare: What USCPR’s Win Means for the Movement.”

USCPR Executive Director Ahmad Abuznaid will lead our discussion as the moderator, and joining him will be three featured speakers:

  • Diala Shamas, Senior Staff Attorney at the Center for Constitutional Rights who represented USCPR in this case
  • Darryl Li, legal scholar and anthropologist
  • Lina Assi, Advocacy Manager at Palestine Legal.

In the webinar, we’ll break down what this victory means for our activism and advocacy across movements, from Stop Cop City in Atlanta, to Palestinian resistance of Israeli apartheid and colonial violence.

This victory is a testament to the growing power of our movement for Palestinian liberation, as well as growing support for the right to boycott. The tides are turning, as we have successfully pushed back on the weaponization of the legal system to repress human rights work.

We’re excited to invite you to this powerful conversation next week. Register now for the “Resisting Lawfare” webinar.

You’ll also have a chance to ask any questions you have during the Q&A chat at the end.

See you then! Onward to liberation.
