Arab World Condemns US Declaration on Israeli Settlements

USCPR executive director Yousef Munayyer was quoted by The Irish Times in their coverage of US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s recent announcement that the US no longer considers Jewish-only settlements on stolen Palestinian land to be in violation of international law.

Yousef Munayyer, executive director of the US Campaign for Palestinian Rights, called the decision “a green light to Israeli leaders to put settlement building further into overdrive and advance formal annexation” of the West Bank.
