Pro-Palestine Protests Near You: Stop the Gaza Genocide

YOUR RAGE BELONGS IN OUR STREETS

It has been over 520 days since Israel began its ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people, committed with United States weapons, paid with U.S. tax dollars, and backed by the U.S. government.

Now, a fragile three-phase ceasefire agreement is in effect. But genocide doesn’t stop when the bombs stop dropping, as Israel has deliberately created conditions for mass death. Be in community and let your rage be heard by the ruling class. We will not accept this as normal.

Why Are People Protesting Israel?

Despite the temporary ceasefire, the Palestinian people trapped in the Gaza Strip will continue to live through genocide in real time. Pro-Palestine activists and student demonstrators are expressing their outrage that American taxpayers have funded a genocide on the Palestinian people, while abandoning Americans to climate catastrophe. Our movement demands an end to U.S. military funding of the settler-colonial state of Israel.

There are no “both sides” in Israel’s 76+ years of ethnic cleansing, apartheid, and colonialism. The Israeli regime, with one of the most advanced militaries in the world funded by billions by U.S. taxpayers, has always been the colonizing aggressor, attacking and expelling Indigenous Palestinian people. For 17 years, Israel has trapped more than 2 million Palestinian people (mostly refugees from the Nakba) in an unlivable open-air cage in Gaza, repeatedly bombing them in horrific massacres again and again.

It’s vital to address the root of the problem and end Israel’s oppression of Palestinians. Find your people at a Pro-Palestinian protest near you and demand that the U.S. STOP ARMING ISRAEL!

3. Sign Up for Action Alert Texts

Make sure you’re plugged in to the most critical updates in real time. With so much censorship on social media, getting texts sent directly to your phone is the fastest way to find out about new action alerts.

4. Look Up: How Much of Your Community’s Tax Dollars Fund Genocide?

Type your city or state to begin.

In 2024 alone, the federal U.S. government sent Israel at least $17.9 billion in military funding to mass murder the Palestinian people. With our tax dollars, Israel wiped out an estimated hundreds of thousands of Palestinians in Gaza.

We’re all paying the price of this genocide—with our tax dollars. Find out how much money people in your city are forced to pay, and what could be funded instead. Use our interactive map to look up your city or state.

Read more about this map on the Not My Tax Dollars website, including the methodology behind it.

5. Tell Congress: STOP ARMING ISRAEL!

From Gaza to Jenin, we have witnessed Israeli military’s brutal massacres of Palestinian people again and again. We have watched U.S. politicians and media outlets ignore, minimize, and sometimes even sanction Israel’s killings, dehumanizing Palestinian people.

Stop the killing! These massacres are funded into existence by our U.S. tax dollars, with a blank check for at least $3.8 billion every year, skyrocketing to $17.9 billion sent to the Israeli military since Oct. 2023. Palestinian people are urgently calling for a ARMS EMBARGO NOW to stop Israel from mass murdering the Palestinian people.

Call, email, and keep going. Text all your friends and tell them to take action too. Channel your rage into holding your elected officials and every complicit institution accountable.
