How Can I Help Palestine?

Israel’s genocide is the deadliest conflict for children on Earth, and the Israeli military has killed at least 21,000 Palestinian children in Gaza alone since October 2023. Many experts warn that number does not include indirect killings from deliberately engineered genocidal conditions such as forced starvation and healthcare destruction1, pushing the number of murdered children many times higher. 

Your rage is sacred. In our huddled masses, we will make our fury and power unavoidable. Be in community and let your rage be heard by the ruling class. We will not accept genocide as normal. It’s vital to address the root of the problem and end Israel’s decades-long violent oppression of the Palestinian people.

1. Join a Pro-Palestine Protest Near You

To find a protest near you, follow your local Palestine organizing group or chapter on Instagram. You can check the pages for Palestinian Youth Movement (PYM), US Palestinian Community Network (USPCN), National Students for Justice in Palestine (NSJP), Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP), American Muslims for Palestine (AMP), and more for actions and events.

Why Are People Protesting Israel?

Pro-Palestine activists and student demonstrators are expressing their outrage that U.S. taxpayers have been forced to fund Israel’s genocide against the Palestinian people, while abandoning Americans to climate catastrophe and ever-increasing debt. Our movement demands an end to U.S. military funding of the settler colonial state of Israel.

There are no “both sides” in Israel’s 78+ years of ethnic cleansing, apartheid, and violent colonialism. The Israeli regime, with one of the most advanced militaries in the world (and funded by U.S. taxpayers), has always been the colonizing aggressor, attacking and expelling native Palestinian people from their homeland.

For 19 years, Israel has trapped 2 million Palestinian people (mostly refugees from the Nakba) in an unlivable open-air cage in Gaza, repeatedly bombing them in horrific massacres again and again.
