Leave a legacy of caring by supporting advocacy for Palestinian rights for generations to come.
With your support, USCPR advocates for freedom, justice, and equality for the Palestinian people and a shift in U.S. policy towards Israel. Creating a gift to USCPR through your estate ensures that this work can continue until Palestinian rights are won. We hope you’ll consider joining us by including a gift to USCPR in your will or living trust. Below is basic information on the ways you can leave a bequest for USCPR in your will or estate plans.
The Charitable Bequest Process
The charitable bequest process is simple and offers flexibility. You could consider including USCPR in your will or living trust with 1-2 sentences that leave USCPR a specific item, an amount of money, and/or a gift contingent upon certain events or a percentage of your estate. You should consult a lawyer when drafting your will.
Legal Name: Education for Just Peace in the Middle East*
Doing Business as Name: US Campaign for Palestinian Rights*
Address: PO Box 3609 Washington DC 20027
Federal Tax-ID Number: # 42-1636592
*For clarity and to make sure your wishes are honored in your will, it is best to include both names in your will documents.
If your estate is subject to estate tax, your gift is entitled to an estate tax-charitable deduction for the gift’s full value.
Most donors leave their gifts to USCPR without restriction. This allows us to use these funds to fulfill our mission in the most strategic and flexible manner possible. USCPR will honor a donor’s stated intent for the use of a gift. Donors who wish to designate the use of any gift, whether made during their lifetime or through their estate, will have that wish honored. Bequest provisions designated for a specific program or activity require additional language. It is best to contact us in advance for assistance to ensure that your wishes are properly understood.
