Rebecca Pierce
Rebecca Pierce is a Black and Jewish documentary filmmaker, journalist, and organizer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her work focuses on issues of racial justice in the United States, Palestine and Israeli society, highlighting the impact of state violence on marginalized communities. She is a core member of the Jews of Color and Sephardi/Mizrahi Caucus organized in partnership with Jewish Voice for Peace, where she is Editor-in-Chief of the racial justice blog Unruly. Her journalism has been featured in The Nation, The Jewish Daily Forward, Electronic Intifada, and Mondoweiss.
