Nadia Ben-Youssef is a lawyer who works at the intersection of advocacy and art to advance human rights and a global justice movement. Since 2010, she has worked closely with Adalah – The Legal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Israel, first the international advocacy officer in its Naqab (Negev) office, and then as the organization’s first USA Representative. In 2017 Nadia co-founded the Adalah Justice Project (AJP) to shift American discourse and policy on Palestine/Israel through public education, legal partnerships and community-based advocacy. AJP is committed to building a transnational movement against supremacy and state-sanctioned violence together with cause lawyers, community organizers, and artists across social justice movements.
